The Full Story

The Last Call Care Project

The Last Call Care Project is After Work Inc.'s mental health & wellness initiative, designed specifically for professionals in the bartending and hospitality industry - a workforce that is chronically underserved by traditional mental health systems.

MISSION

The project provides free or low-cost individual therapeutic support, peer connection, and psychoeducation to an industry population that historically lacks the resources and access to affordable care.

VISION

Bartenders and hospitality workers at large are exposed to rigorous and high-stress environments, late hours, and substance use at elevated rates, yet rarely have access to affordable, culturally competent mental health support. After Work Inc. directly addresses this gap with a model tailored to the rhythms and realities of the industry. The program is built on a clinical background that informs service design - ensuring quality and appropriateness. Clinicians are diverse, licensed, and selected for their capacity and reputation.
